OUR HISTORY

EST GARDA was founded in 1996 in Torri del Benaco, where water meets wind and Lake Garda becomes horizon, challenge, and home. It was born from a group of friends who chose the wind as their traveling companion, who, even before teaching sailing, wanted to share a way of feeling with people.

Our nautical base is a meeting point, a place of departures and returns . It is here that, year after year, a story has been built, made of hands that work, that learn, of gazes that trust, of shared emotions. A community made of simple gestures and deep bonds. In almost thirty years, EST GARDA has become a family.

Our teaching method is born from experience, but above all from humanity. Sailing becomes a means of self-discovery and teaching what truly matters: respect, listening, collaboration, and trust.

Whether on Lake Garda or the open sea, each course is a journey within and beyond, where people are at the center.

Our fleet reflects our character. The fast and streamlined ASSO 99s and L'Intrepido, our ocean-going motorboat, are more than just boats: they are traveling companions, symbols of freedom, determination, and a spirit of adventure. With them, we've learned that every journey has value, especially when shared.

EST GARDA is made up of plotted routes and imagined routes.

It is made up of those who leave and those who return different.

It is a place where the lake, or the sea, is never just a backdrop, but a silent master.
